Admissions Calendar for the 2007 – 2008 School Year

September – January

Campus tours for parents/guardians.

After tour, submit:

  • Application and fee
  • Student Transcripts
  • Teacher Recommendation Forms

The applicant is then placed in our wait pool.
November 15th, 9-11 a.m.

Community Open House
January 15th

Re-enrollment forms are due for current students.

Acceptance letters for nursery and kindergarten programs sent out.
January 15th – February 15th

Incoming grade 1 assessment.

Grades 2 – 8 student visits.
February 15th

Acceptance letters for grades 1-8 sent out.
February 21st, 9-11 a.m.

March 15th

Enrollment forms for new students are due.
June 10th

First tuition payment is due.


Rolling Admissions:

Admission for spring and summer applicants, as well as for transfers, may be possible if space allows. If an opening becomes available, and there are no wait pool candidates for that opening, the same admissions procedure described above applies, but will take effect on an expedited basis.
